Matt and Andrea get many requests to design and present leadership conferences ranging from a one-hour program to two full days of training. Depending on the preference of the client, Matt and Andrea can present individually or as a team. “A Little Outside the Lines” (Elementary School Program) Elementary students simply know how to live! Through lots of humor and crowd interaction, students are encouraged to be their best, respect their peers, and live a life full of doing good deeds. “Peer Power” (Middle School Program) For middle schools students, the need to conform and fit in is priority One! Many students fall prey to peer pressure because they simply don’t want to be different. This hilarious program explores life through the eyes of a young teenager. Students learn the power of being a positive influence among their peers. By luring their audience in with humor, Matt and Andrea also share how to fit in, without compromising one’s values. With a little self-confidence, students can find happiness while serving as a powerful influence! “Get Real” (High School Program) Let’s face it; high school is a time for change, emotional struggles, and making big time decisions! For almost everyone, these four years have the greatest impact in shaping the future. This interactive and fast paced program is all about making real choices and decisions that will give students a successful start in life. Matt and Andrea challenge their audience to follow their dreams, live each day to the fullest, explore their talents, and share kindness and joy with everyone they meet. “Something to Talk About” (Career Program) There is truly a lot to talk about in today’s exciting world of careers. Exciting jobs and opportunities await those who have mastered the art of communication! This energetic and hands on presentation will help sharpen one’s speaking talents, writing skills, and leadership abilities. If someone has a lot to say, but needs a boost communicating his or her message, then this session will truly be something to talk about!
